Giorgia’s practice encompasses the areas of Financial Remedies, Chancery and Private Children, with a particular focus on ADR. Giorgia prides herself on giving pragmatic advice to clients, both during the court process and in the context of alternative dispute resolution.
Giorgia is known for her hard-working nature, attention to detail and client-handling skills, which she derives from her combined life and professional experience. Prior to coming to the Bar, Giorgia worked as a sworn interpreter and translator for 10 years in the Italian and English courts; she is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
In addition to her busy practice, Giorgia is a member of the FLBA national committee.

Giorgia has a broad experience in the field of financial remedies and her practice encompasses modest to high value cases involving issues such as dissipation of assets and add back, companies and joinder of third parties. Giorgia accepts instructions on all aspects of relationship breakdown, including disputes between cohabitees and Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989. Giorgia also accepts instructions for drafting pre and post-nuptial agreements.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Giorgia regularly accepts instructions to represent clients in Non-Court Dispute Resolution settings, such as mediation, private FDRs, Early Neutral Evaluation and arbitration.
Chancery: Inheritance and Trusts
Giorgia deals with claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and disputes between cohabitees under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
Private Children
Giorgia is regularly instructed to represent clients in complex private law disputes. Her experience in private children practice ranges from implacable hostility to non accidental injuries to enforcement proceedings resulting from multiple breaches of court orders. Giorgia also has experience in disputes involving internal and international relocation and child abduction.
