About

Emma Joined Parklane Plowden Chambers in 2018 as the Office Assistant, where she completed her Business Administration Apprenticeship. She was then swiftly promoted to ‘Roving Clerk’ in October 2019, covering all practice areas. This included Chancery and Commercial, Family and now Civil, where her current position is the Practice Administrator for Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Inquests and Employment.

Emma has five years of experience, assisting in all aspects of clerking including daily diary management, fee negotiation, direct access and liaising with both solicitors and clients.
In 2023, Emma passed The IBC (Institute of Barristers’ Clerk) Introduction to Business Management course.

Outside of work Emma enjoys walking, travelling, listening to music, and attending music events. She also cherishes her free time spent with her family and friends, especially her German Shepherd, Tsuki.
