About

Jodie is a Chancery and Commercial Junior Clerk responsible for daily diary management for Counsel, liaising with both instructing Solicitors and Direct Access clients in order to allocate work in line with Counsel’s areas of expertise. She is also responsible for fee negotiation.

Business development is very important to Jodie, and she regularly arranges seminars and Junior Chancery and Commercial events. Jodie also attends careers fairs at Universities local to Chambers.

Jodie is the Deputy Chair of Chambers’ Wellbeing Committee, and is a member of the Career Development Committee of the Institute of Barristers’ Clerks (IBC). She has completed and passed the IBC’s Introduction to Business Management Course.

Jodie was shortlisted for Junior Clerk of the Year in the Legal 500 Bar Awards 2023.
