- Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Appeals (e.g. appeals against refusals to assess, ceasing to maintain and regarding EHCP content including as to need and provision)
- Pupil Admissions / Exclusions (including challenges to Governing Body and Independent Review Panel decisions)
- Professional Disciplinary matters (including those which involve Employment Law issues)
- Disability discrimination in an Education setting (both in the SEND Tribunal and the County Court)
