Parklane Plowden’s Commercial team are delighted to welcome Gregory Pipe as a Door Tenant

Greg Pipe has recently joined Parklane Plowden as a door tenant, strengthening and expanding the commercial team, he brings with him a wealth of experience as a commercial practitioner who litigates and advises on complex and high value disputes in both England, Wales and internationally.

Adding strength and depth to the commercial team Greg’s practice covers a wide range of commercial disputes that often involve company and property issues, business sale and shareholder disputes, complex technology, hardware, telecoms and engineering disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty by JV company directors and shadow directors. He is also often asked to assist with matters concerning breaches of director’s duties and other forms of prejudicial conduct.
